BUNNY NOODLE SOUP
Ingredients:
1~ 3-4 Lb. whole or cut up rabbit
2~enough water to cover rabbit
3~2 14oz canned or fresh carrots
4~1 medium onion
5~12oz package of egg noodles
6~Chicken Boullion cubes enough to taste (optional) 
Procedure: The night before or in the morning put your whole or cut up rabbit in your crock pot.
Fill it with enough water to cover your rabbit about 4-6 cups depending on how big you crock pot is. Cook the rabbit until
it falls off the bone. Add your onion at this time also. When your rabbit is done debone it. Put the cut up meat back in the
pot and add your carrots. Cook for a few more hours until carrots are done. Cook your egg noodles as directed on the bag and
drain. You can then add the cooked noodles to your soup or serve in bowls and pour the soup over them. I like to add what
noodles I can to my soup so they soak some of flavor of the soup up. Add salt, pepper or any other seasonings to taste.
